I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room had an amazing view of the beach, although I wished the bed was a king size instead of a small double. Despite this, the spaciousness, cleanliness, and great location made up for it. The service was friendly and helpful, even though we didn't have air conditioning in our room. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to Surfers and Broadbeach, offering excellent views and the relaxing sounds and smells of the beach. However, the change in the surf lifesaving carnival location was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the facilities were top-notch. The hotel truly offers a great value for the money.

The hotel offered amazing views of the canals from the massive room with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, making me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. However, the room changes were made without prior notification.
